The first exercise is lie flat on floor on your back, and then bends your knees keeping your feet on the floor; knees and feet should spread apart the width of your hips. The second exercise is related to breathing. First exhale, suck in your belly, as long as you can, slowly breathe and relax. Tensing your abs by holding your tummy muscles is the best way to strengthen them. But, this exercise should be done carefully. People with high blood pressure, should not hold up breathe for a longer period.
The next exercise is cardiovascular exercise. This exercise should be done regularly to get the heartbeat up, which in turn increases blood circulation.
Another exercise, which is done in sitting position, is sit-back flat tummy exercise. This exercise starts in a sitting position as the name implies. Sit on the floor with your knees bent, with keeping your feet flat on the floor. Cross your hands over your chest and roll your shoulders and head forward towards your chest. Slowly lean back, with your shoulders and head tucked. Continue still you feel your stomach muscles contracting and then try to bend back if you can and hold for some time, so that your muscles start shaking. Be in this position for a few seconds and return to the normal position.
